Despite the rain, 29 volunteers came to Pillar Point Harbor cleanup on Saturday. We collected 69 pounds of trash and 14 pounds of recycle but more importantly 807 cigarette butts! Thank you all for being brave and coming out.

Town school for boys rocked it again at Sharp Park Beach. Pauline and Deirdre had 20 boys and 2 teachers cleaning the beach and promenade. Together they collected 13 pounds of trash, 7 pounds of recycle and 400 cigarette butts! Way to make a difference!

We were blessed with sunshine and blue skies for our Make A Difference Day beach cleanup at Mussel Rock. Nineteen volunteers, young or young at heart, picked up 103 lbs of trash and about 50 lbs of recycling, mostly beer bottles.
