Well, this is the incredible latest update from Jeff Christner:

“Here are the pieces together, the characters are: 高橋漁業 which basically means Takahashi Fishery. This could be from the Takahashi manufacturing company, but I did find a business in Hokkaido, with the same name, and that area was in fact hit by the tsunami in 2011, but it wasn’t as badly effected as other areas.”
